Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lemons
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the juice of one lemon, olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create a marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and massage the marinade into the chicken. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Once the chicken has marinated, remove it from the bag and discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are no longer pink in the centre and the juices run clear.
- While the chicken is grilling, slice the remaining lemon into wedges.
- Serve the grilled lemon pepper chicken breasts with the lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the chicken before serving. Enjoy!
